    With integration of physiotherapy, exercise (strength, mobility, pilates, yoga), various breathing, meditation, and mindfulness practices, we provide you with an opportunity to create unity between your body and mind so that you can get back to doing what you love the most.

    Yes, we see individuals of all ages, and with a variety of conditions. However, we are not specialists in all areas. Please contact us for further information. After consultation we will let you know whether we can help, or will refer you to a specialist as needed.

    No, you do not need a referral as a private client. Referrals are only required to access Medicare benefits under a primary enhanced care plan, and DVA as below.

    Please ensure the care plan is addressed to our practice and physiotherapist before attending your initial consultation.

    Yes, we do.

    Please ensure you have a valid referral from a GP sent to us before your initial consultation. This needs to include our details as well as clearly stated areas approved for treatment.

    If you’re a white card holder you will receive 12 sessions per treatment cycle. A new referral will be required for more sessions dependant on your GP. This isn’t necessary for gold card holders or totally/permanently incapacitated clients.

    A through subjective and objective assessment, treatment (hands on and exercise/active tools), education, a comprehensive treatment plan specific to your needs, and SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, time based) goals.

    You will walk out feeling clearer, and better within your body, mind, and spirit. One size does not fit all, so we will prioritise what’s most important and tailor the session accordingly.

    Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in with ease – sports bra (females), singlet, shorts, and runners for a more through physical assessment.

    There are bathrooms here if you would like to change before your appointment as needed. Towels will be used for draping as needed.

    We are based within Tribe Wellness Co Gym, on 25 Bishop Street, Jolimont.

    There is ample free parking directly opposite the gym. Please take a seat at the entrance of the gym and we will be with you at the time of your appointment.

    Please email or call us to discuss our fees as we have a range of different fees that apply.

    Students, health care card holders, and pensioners receive $10 off on each consultation. Both card and cash payments are accepted, however card payment is preferred.

    If you are unable to make an appointment please provide us with least 24 hours’ notice.

    We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another client in
    need. Cancellation fees will apply if the appointment is cancelled under 24 hours of the appointment time.

    We welcome your baby/child and you as you are.

    We understand that it can be challenging to make the time to address your health and look after yourself, when you’re a parent. Finding a sitter can be challenging at the best of times.
